• Package & Schedule: Package price and itinerary are based on the agreed travel plan. Any changes in itinerary, services or number of travelers may affect the final cost.
  
  
• Schedule Changes: Flight, hotel, sightseeing and transfer schedules are subject to change due to airlines, local authorities, weather, technical issues, operational reasons,or unforeseen circumstances. The company will not be responsible for such changes or delays.
  
  
• External Circumstances: The company will not be liable for disruptions caused by government regulations, travel restrictions, border closures, natural disasters, weather conditions, health emergencies or airline policies.
  
  
• Flights & Accommodation: In case of flight cancellation, delay, travel restrictions, or hotel-related changes, the itinerary or accommodation may be modified as required. Any additional costs will be payable by the traveler where applicable.
  
  
• Sightseeing: Sightseeing hours are based on the agreed itinerary. Unused sightseeing hours cannot be carried forward or refunded.
  
  
• Tour Cancellation: The company is not responsible for tour cancellations or interruptions caused by natural causes, sea conditions, extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
  
  
• Partial Cancellation: No refund will be provided for partially cancelled or unused services once the tour has started.
  
  
• Airport Pickup: The driver will wait for a maximum of 2 hours from the scheduled flight arrival time. Additional waiting charges may apply thereafter.
  
  
• Number of Travelers: Package prices may change if the number of guests/travelers changes.
  
  
• Currency Fluctuation: The final package cost may be adjusted according to the prevailing currency exchange rate at the time of payment.
  
  
• Service Fee: A non-refundable service fee of PKR 10,000 per traveler, or the amount specified in the package will apply.
  
  
• Refunds: Where applicable, refunds will be processed after deductions according to company, airline, hotel, supplier and other applicable policies.
  
  
• Travel Documents: Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required visas, travel approvals, NOCs, permits, and other necessary documents.
  
  
• Local Laws: All travelers must comply with the laws, regulations, and requirements of the destination country. The company will not be responsible for consequences arising from any violation.
  
  
• Additional Charges: Any additional expenses arising from itinerary changes, operational requirements, waiting time, upgrades, personal expenses, or services not included in the package will be payable by the traveler.
  
  
• Acceptance: Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Once confirmed, disputes relating to the agreed terms will be handled according to the company's applicable policies.
  
  
• Policy Updates: The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when required. Customers are advised to review the applicable terms before booking and payment.

Travel Documents: Carry your passport, visa, air tickets, hotel vouchers, travel insurance and other required documents.

Flight & Hotel Details: Flight, hotel and tour guide details will be shared before departure. Coordinate with the tour leader accordingly.

Baggage: Travel light and follow the airline's applicable baggage allowance. Check your ticket for exact limits.

Clothing: Pack comfortable, modest, and weather-appropriate clothing, including walking shoes, jacket and shawl/scarf where required.

Personal Essentials: Carry toiletries, cosmetics, medicines, a reusable water bottle, and other daily-use essentials.

Medicines: Carry prescribed medicines with the required prescription and inform the tour team of any relevant medical requirements in advance.

Punctuality: Be on time for airport reporting, transfers, and scheduled activities. Late arrival may result in missed services.

Tour Instructions: Follow the tour leader's instructions and comply with airline and local transport policies.

Money: Carry sufficient local currency and/or an international debit/credit card. ATM availability may be limited.

Local Culture: Respect local laws, customs, traditions, and cultural norms. Avoid sensitive political or religious discussions during group travel.

Connectivity: Mobile and internet services may be limited in some areas. Consider international roaming or a local SIM.

Weather & Health: Check the weather before departure and pack accordingly. Travelers should take necessary precautions for long flights, high altitudes or other conditions that may cause fatigue or discomfort.
